Frequently asked questions
What counts as an active student?
Any student who participates in at least one match during the billing month. Students who join but don’t play aren’t counted.
Can I try Teacher Pro before committing?

What happens if I exceed my student limit?
You’ll receive a heads-up when you’re close. Overages are billed at $0.75 per additional 50 active students above your plan limit.
Does the School plan require a minimum contract?
Any plan with SSO or roster sync requires a minimum annual contract of $1,500/year. The School plan at $2,400/year already meets this threshold.
How does billing work for extra teacher seats?
School plans include 25 seats; additional seats are $6/seat/month. District plans include 200 seats; additional seats are $4/seat/month. Billed monthly on top of the annual plan.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
You can upgrade at any time and we’ll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
